MYKONOS Port of Mykonos Mykonos is one of the most picturesque Aegean islands. It is located in the Cyclades complex, at a distance of 94 n.m from Piraeus. There are two ports in Mykonos, the old port of Mykonos in Chora and the new harbor, 3.5 km north of Chora, in the bay of ‘’Tourlos’’. The old harbor has a berth for 200m long and 9m draft cruise liners, with direct access to the traditional town of Mykonos and two more interfaces for cruise ships. The new port has two piers: the first one which has the possibility of approaching 330m long and 10m draft cruise ships, and the second one has the possibility to accept smaller cruise ships at 100m long and 9m draft. It also has a single interface for serving ladders at the same position with the big pier. The new port provides all the services needed for a comfortable, modern and safe cruise. Both ports implement approved Safety Plans in accordance with the applicable institutional framework, such as the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS).
